Details 

This screen print is created on textured linen paper using two hand-pulled layers, with each colour printed separately. Because of this traditional process, slight imperfections naturally occur, an honest and beautiful part of screen printing that I’ve spent a long time learning to embrace and celebrate through my work.

Inspiration:

Drawing inspiration from Scotland’s wild strawberries, this design is thoughtfully illustrated and locally produced by hand in Edinburgh.

Materials:

These prints are created on  A4 paper using traditional screen-printing ink and medium. Although I’ve put a lot of love and in-depth research into finding organic alternatives, these materials are not yet fully plant-based. However, sales of this work will directly support my ongoing research and development into completely natural, plant-based screen-printing methods.
